Product Details

This artisanal wine brings out the pure fruit flavors of our Petite Sirah grape growing on a redvine sandy clay loam in a perfect Mediterranean climate. The 900 ft elevation provides a night cooling effect concentrating the flavors and maintaining the grape natural acidity. The grapes were carefully hand-picked, and sorted, and naturally fermented with wild yeast from the vineyard to preserve the beautiful character of the terroir. The wine aged two years in neutral French oak barrels. A well-balanced wine with a nice mouthfeel brought by the wild yeasts, and a good tension between flavors and acidity.

Contains only naturally occurring sulfites. 13.7% alcohol, pH 3.6, Acidity 6.1g/L, Residual Sugar 0.5g/L.
